Solution to New Orleans disorder - Martial Law

How can rescuers and clean up crews operate with ongoing looting and armed gangs roaming streets of New Orleans - it is time to simply end it for the better of society. And at this point the only solution is Martial Law, that's right liberals - Martial Law - strict 9:00 am - 7:00 pm curfews; anyone assembling in a gang, looting, wearing a mask, carrying a weapon to be detained on spot or shot upon resisting arrest. This is a national tragedy, we can't allow parasites of society to take advantage of it.
