Tom Fox was tortured before he was executed
BAGHDAD, Iraq - An American aid worker taken hostage with three other peace activists was apparently tortured before he was shot in the head and chest and his body dumped near a railroad line in Baghdad, Iraqi police said Saturday.
Tom Fox, a 54-year-old member of Christian Peacemaker Teams from Clear Brook, Va., was the fifth American hostage killed in Iraq. There was no immediate word on his fellow captives, a Briton and two Canadians. The U.S. command in Baghdad confirmed that Fox's body was picked up by American forces on Thursday evening, although it provided no information on the condition. Interior Ministry Lt. Col. Falah al-Mohammedawi said Fox was found with his hands tied and gunshot wounds to his head and chest. There were cuts on his body and bruises on his head, indicating torture, he said. The corpse was dressed in Iraqi-made clothing.
This is pure savagery - care to comment liberal terrorist apologists and Islam appeasers?

I guess one would say that- yes torture is truely barbaric- and sadly americans in iraq are going to pay for what american forces did at abu grahib becasue we have lost a lot of moral ground to condem islamic "barabrity".
Furthermore, you must recognize that poor Mr Fox is the sad victim of terrible circumstance that we ourselves (as americans) created. He should not have been there, he should not have been in danger for being there.
He is the sad victim of a shameful war orchestrated by politicians with little concern for the individuals involved.
Poor Mr Fox. Him and like 100,000 innocent iraqi civilians. (and don't try telling me when you carpet bomb a place you only hit enemy combatants)
Poor Mr Fox is a tear dropped in a ocean of sorrows. And it is plain and simple racism to mourn his death and ignore all the other victims of this offal war.
Yeah, I have a comment. Stay home and don't put your head between the slaps and you won't get tortured and killed.
surrender and retreat - is this liberal response to war on terror?
