Canadian Soldiers kill 20 Taliban over weekend

Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan fought two battles with insurgents over the weekend. No Canadians were hurt, but Maj. Todd Strickland, the deputy commander of Canada's battle group, said the Taliban suffered heavily in one engagement.
"I think there are dead. Our own assessment is between 15 and 20." Strickland led the Canadian Forces in a second fight, a 72-hour battle in the Punjiwai district 45 kilometres southwest of Kandahar.
It started as at least 150 Canadians with Afghan soldiers and police swept the area for militants.
Several dozen were cornered against the Arghandab River. The Canadians blocked the escape routes, used the heavy guns on their LAV III vehicles to pin down the Taliban and then called in attack helicopters. "Throughout the night, artillery was used firing illumination rounds to keep the Taliban's heads down," Strickland told reporters. "They don't like our guns. When our guns are firing, they're not moving." Afghan authorities said seven insurgents were killed, nine were wounded and a dozen men captured by Canadians were being interrogated. He showed reporters marks on his LAV. The Taliban bullets just bounced off, an encouraging sign for the soldiers.

Tables turned on Taliban ambushers; Strickland was not involved in the other battle, in Helmand province early Saturday, but briefed reporters about it. A supply convoy consisting of two LAVs, a jeep and a large truck was headed for Forward Operating Base Robinson in the mountains when three Taliban vehicles were spotted setting up an ambush. After confirming none of the coalition's Afghan allies was in the area, the LAVs fired at the vehicles with their 25-mm guns. Strickland believes the fire destroyed the vehicles and probably killed the 15 to 20 occupants.

Finally! New Canadian Conservative government untied our soldier's hands and we can now join the global war on Islamic terrorism without liberal parasites in the way.

Death to Filthy Communists

Bolivia's new left-leaning leader Evo Morales has signed a pact with the Cuban and Venezuelan presidents that rejects U.S.-backed free trade and promises a socialist version of regional commerce and cooperation.
Are you, liberals, celebrating too?

Little monkey al-Zawahri speaks again

This is an undated image made from a video released Friday, April 28, 2006 of al-Qaida's No. 2 Ayman al-Zawahri. al-Zawahri said the terror network's branch in Iraq had succeeded in 'breaking the back' of the U.S. military with hundreds of suicide bombings, in a video that was the latest in a string of new messages by al-Qaida's leaders. This image was provided via the IntelCenter, which is a private contractor working for intelligence agencies. In the bottom right corner is the logo in Arabic and English of Al-Sahab, an al-Qaida video production company.
(For those who don't know - I refer to this piece of human waste as little monkey because he's insignificant, and looks like a baboon - he's not a terrorist, he's a clown) AND WE ARE NOT AFRIAD!

Gangland - Toronto update

Gun violence has reared its ugly head once again. Toronto Police are investigating four shootings, one fatal, that happened in less than 24 hours.

* A young man is dead and homicide detectives are searching for suspects after shots rang out in a high rise on St. Dennis Drive, near Don Mills and Eglinton, around 2am Saturday. 18-year-old victim was rushed to hospital without vital signs where he was later pronounced dead. His name hasn’t been released. Investigators say the shooting happened on the second floor of the building, either in the hallway or the stairwell.

* About two hours earlier, bullets flew in the Finch and Victoria Park area and a man was hit in the arm on Chester Le Boulevard. The Toronto Police Emergency Task Force was sent to the area after receiving a call about gunfire just before midnight. Detectives say the victim, in his early 20s, isn’t cooperating with them. A 23-year-old man was shot on the same street on Tuesday night and a suspect in that incident turned himself in to police the next day.

* Gunfire also erupted around the dinner hour in another part of Scarborough Friday. Someone fired shots into two houses and one into a car on Whiteleas Avenue, in the Tapscott Road and Finch Avenue East area around 6pm. A bullet narrowly missed a father who was washing dishes with his nine-year-old daughter when the projectile came through their kitchen window. “Gunshots were firing," Michael Williams recalled. "Almost shot near my daughter. That's all I can really tell you. Can't tell you I recognize these guys, but they need to be off the streets." Police say two men standing on the street got into an argument with a number of men in parked cars. A front seat passenger in one of the vehicles – an older model, brown, Japanese-style car with rust that was missing the front licence plate – opened fire on the street.

* And the ETF responded to yet another gunshots call, this time at an address on Keele Street, near Sheppard, just before noon Friday.Shots were fired in an apartment complex and a bullet went through the floor of one apartment and into a woman’s unit below. Fortunately, she wasn’t hit.Heavily-armed officers searched the building and took three suspects into custody, who are now facing weapons charges.

This blog urges that if you have any information that could help police in any of these investigations, call Crime Stoppers at (416) 222-TIPS.

Christian Fundamentalists call for boycott of DaVinci Code

ROME (Reuters) - The Vatican stepped up its offensive against "The Da Vinci Code" on Friday when a top official close to Pope "Ratzi the Nazi" Benedict blasted the book as full of anti-Christian lies and urged Catholics to boycott the film. The latest broadside came from Archbishop Angelo Amato, the number two official in the Vatican doctrinal office which was headed by Pope Benedict until his election last year. Amato, addressing a Catholic conference in Rome, called the book "stridently anti-Christian .. full of calumnies, offences and historical and theological errors regarding Jesus, the Gospels and the Church."He added: "I hope that you all will boycott the film."

In my mind the only differences between Christian and Muslim fundamentalists nutcases, is that Christians are just funny ... oh I'm buying tickets to premiere, just received my special edition illustrated book from amazon.com, and definately get the PS2 game - and advise all free thinkers to do the same.

Islamo-fascist Iran spits on U.N.

VIENNA, Austria - Iran "won't give a damn" about any U.N. resolutions concerning its nuclear program, its president said Friday, hours before an expected finding that Tehran has failed to meet a Security Council deadline to suspend uranium enrichment.
By the way, if anyone wondered how the next Hitler would look like - look no further. I hope we learned the lesson World War 2, and won't be buying this lunatic more time with pointless offers of peace and reason. You are only buying this madman time; I have no doubt that nuclear facilities are running around the clock in Iran, while factories are building up the army - so answer this liberals, what is the world waiting for? Or better, do you, without defaming president Bush or United States, have any, ANY solution to this situation?!

News Bulletin - To Liberals

JERUSALEM - Iran has recently purchased missiles from North Korea that put European countries within firing range, Israel's military intelligence chief said, according to an Israeli newspaper report Thursday. The BM-25 surface-to-surface missiles, which have a range of 1,550 miles, are capable of carrying nuclear warheads, and part of the shipment has already reached Iran, the Haaretz daily reported Maj. April 26th - Day of Mourning and Remembrance

Children release doves at a ceremony next to a memorial site honoring the victims of the 1986 explosion and fire at the Chernobyl nuclear power station in Kiev April 26, 2006. Mourners marked the 20th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster on Wednesday, honoring those who died as leaders pledged to ensure it would never happen again.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper today issued the following statement on the 20th anniversary of the disaster at Chernobyl, Ukraine:"Today, I speak on behalf of all Canadians in expressing our support and friendship for the people of Ukraine and of its neighbouring countries, who continue to suffer the tragic consequences of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear station. The international community must continue to work together to ensure that a tragedy such as this never happens again."Canadians will not forget what happened 20 years ago on this day in Chernobyl, nor those whose health and livelihoods were so dramatically altered by the disaster. Yesterday, Canada announced an $8 million contribution, bringing our total commitment for Chernobyl-related projects to $66.2 million. "I also wish to acknowledge all those Canadian families who have opened their hearts and their homes to bring relief to the children affected by the Chernobyl disaster. Canada will continue to support efforts in the affected region to mitigate the consequences resulting from the damaged reactor, and to help the individual victims of this tragedy and their families."

As someone who had to live through that disaster - this pundit more than anyone else would like to remind everyone that we should never forget the destructive power of the nuclear energy, especially when it is misused. Hopefully, world will never have to face this disaster again, with respect to the victims of that disaster - IRAN MUST BE STOPPED!

Canada Bans Live Coverage of War Dead

TORONTO - Canada's new Conservative government barred the media from covering the return Tuesday of the flag-draped coffins of four soldiers killed in Afghanistan angering political opponents and some families.
The government also has stopped lowering flags to half-staff outside Parliament each time a Canadian soldier is killed, prompting Liberals to accuse Prime Minister Stephen Harper of trying to play down the growing human cost of the Canadian mission in Afghanistan.
Fifteen Canadians have been killed, including Cpl. Matthew Dinning, Bombardier Myles Mansell, Cpl. Randy Payne and Lt. William Turner, who were slain in a roadside bomb blast Saturday in southern Afghanistan in the deadliest attack against Canadian forces since they deployed to Afghanistan in 2002.

GLOBAL LIBERALISM IS DEAD!

Canadian flag showdown

For those who don't know Canadian liberals and their media whores are trying to dishonor 4 Canadian soldiers who had fallen in Afghanistan last week in the Global War Against Fundamentalist Islam by blaming conservatives to not lowering national flag to commemorate that event. First of all, it is unfair to 1,000s of Canadians who were killed in previous wars Canada was involved in - to get LESS honor, because no flag was raised for them. Secondly, there is no need for media circus over this issue - this is what exactly what American libtards keep doing for no other reason then to use that glorious sacrifice to push their own agenda. Finally, as I said in one of my comments - if we were to lower our flag every time someone perished in the Global War Against Islamic Fundamentalism - we would be a nation of half-mast flags.

Beat it libs, you got no case here.

Stephen Harper, Canadian PM, talks Quebec, federalism, and accountability

MONTREAL, QC (this pundit's favorite province ?! - NOT) – Speaking before the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montréal today, Prime Minister Stephen Harper set out the Government of Canada’s priorities and its conception of open federalism.
“Canadians want their governments to work for them,” said Prime Minister. “They are fed up with the spectacle of turf wars and squabbling over money. They want their leaders to work together to deal with real-life priorities.” - YOU HEARD THAT LIBERALS?
The Prime Minister discussed the government’s priorities: accountability, accessible health care with reasonable wait times, greater flexibility in child care choices, safe streets and tax cuts.
The Prime Minister also defined his conception of open federalism in greater detail: taking advantage of the experience and expertise that the provinces and territories can contribute to the national dialogue, respecting areas of provincial jurisdiction, keeping the federal government’s spending power within bounds, and full cooperation by the Government of Canada with all other levels of government, while clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each.
“The truth is that Quebecers want neither the Liberal view of federalism nor the Bloc view of independence. They’ve had 40 years to adopt one or the other and they aren’t going to. Quebecers want a stronger Quebec in a better Canada. This is a message our government has heard. We are going to turn the page. Not just by rejecting separation but by changing the debate, changing the agenda and changing the federation,” explained the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister added that he will tackle the fiscal imbalance as part of his open approach to federalism, a vision that combines the advancement of Quebec with the development of Canada.

Under Canada’s New Government, open federalism will mean :
* taking advantage of the experience and expertise that the provinces and territories can contribute to the national dialogue
* respecting areas of provincial jurisdiction
* keeping the federal government’s spending power within bounds
* full cooperation by the Government of Canada with all other levels of government, while clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each.

The Prime Minister added that he will tackle the fiscal imbalance as part of his open approach to federalism, a vision that combines the advancement of Quebec with the development of Canada.
Oh yeah, Canadian Liberals - if those millions you stole from Canadian people ever show up, maybe you can contribute to reforms too!

Ahmadinejad is a real pirate

ARGH!
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dismisses the possibility of U.N. sanctions over his country's nuclear program and calls for the dissolution of Israel, saying that nation is an artificial state and Jews should return to their "fatherlands" in Europe.
Ahmadinejad, in a wide-ranging news conference that included international journalists for only the second time since he took office in August, said anti-Semitism drove Jews out of Europe into Israel.
But seriously, does anyone still think we can negotiate with this Islamofascist? That's Right! Liberals!

Islamic Savages Loving Freedom of Speech in USA

A New York rally by the Islamic Thinkers Society outside the Israeli consulate yesterday featured chants of "The mushroom cloud is on its way! The real holocaust is on its way!"
The demonstration by the Queens-based group was monitored by the Investigative Project on Terrorism whose members noted signs including "Islam will Dominate" and a picture with an Islamic flag flying over the White House.
The chants were in Arabic and translated by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, headed by Steve Emerson, a former reporter for CNN.
Here are some excerpts from the chants:

Leader (in Arabic): "With our blood and our lives we will liberate al Aqsa!"
[The rest also respond in Arabic:] "With our blood and our lives we will liberate al Aqsa!

"Israeli Zionists What do you say? The real Holocaust is on its way", "Takbeer!"
Response: "Allahu Akbar!"

"Zionists, Zionists You will pay! The Wrath of Allah is on its way!
Israeli Zionists You shall pay! The Wrath of Allah is on its way!
The mushroom cloud is on its way! The real Holocaust is on its way!"
"Israel won't last long ... Indeed, Allah will repeat the Holocaust right on the soil of Israel"
"Takbeer!"
Response: "Allahu Akbar!"

According to the Investigative Project on Terrorism, the Islamic Thinkers Society is an offshoot of London's Al-Muhajiroun, a group that celebrated the 9/11 attacks, referring to the hijackers as "the Magnificent 19," and posting a burning picture of the Capitol on its website.

War On Terror Continues

Four Canadian soldiers were killed Saturday in a roadside bombing in Afghanistan. The attack happened around 7:30am local time in Gumbad, about 70 kilometres south of Kandahar. Three of the troops died at the scene of the blast, while the fourth was taken to hospital where he died a short time later. They were travelling in a G-Wagon as part of a mixed convoy of vehicles and were working with local residents in the area to "establish the legitimate authority of the Afghan government," said Brig. Gen. David Fraser.According to military officials, two of the soldiers were reservists. The troops' names haven’t been released, but officials said one was from Edmonton, one from Victoria, one from Petawawa and one was from Toronto. This fatal attack happened nearly a month after Pte. Robert Costall was killed in a deadly firefight with Taliban insurgents outside of Kandahar. Sixteen Canadians have been killed in Afghanistan since 2002.Canadian troops took control of the front lines in the volatile Kandahar province in February, which is the Taliban’s home turf.

Apple Hits this Blog Below the Belt

A California court in San Jose on Thursday is scheduled to hear a case brought by Apple Computer that eventually could answer an unsettled legal question: Should online journalists receive the same rights as traditional reporters?
Apple claims they should not. Its lawyers say in court documents that Web scribes are not "legitimate members of the press" when they reveal details about forthcoming products that the company would prefer to keep confidential.
That argument has drawn stiff opposition from bloggers and traditional journalists. But it did seem to be sufficient to convince Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge James P. Kleinberg, who ruled in March 2005 that Apple's attempt to subpoena the electronic records of an Apple news site could proceed.
"Unlike the whistleblower who discloses a health, safety or welfare hazard affecting all, or the government employee who reveals mismanagement or worse by our public officials, (the Macintosh news sites) are doing nothing more than feeding the public's insatiable desire for information," Kleinberg wrote at the time.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation, which is representing the Apple news site PowerPage.org, is hoping the appeals court will pull the plug on a subpoena that could yield details about who leaked information about a FireWire audio interface for GarageBand that has been codenamed "Asteroid." The subpoena is on hold during the appeal.
"The California Court of Appeals has a long history of protecting freedom of the press," Kurt Opsahl, an EFF staff attorney who is arguing the case, said on Wednesday. "We're hopeful they'll continue to do so."
In the lawsuit, filed in late 2004, Apple is not suing the Mac news sites directly, but instead has focused on still-unnamed "John Doe" defendants. The subpoena has been sent to Nfox.com, PowerPage's e-mail provider, which says it will comply if legally permitted.
Even though the AppleInsider site also published information about the Asteroid device, it operated its own e-mail service and would have been able to raise a stronger First Amendment claim if it had been sent a subpoena. (In a separate case, Apple directly sued another enthusiast site, Think Secret, alleging that it infringed on Apple's trade secret in soliciting inside information.)
The types of articles about Apple that Jason O'Grady, PowerPage.org's creator, posts every few days don't seem that different from those that many news organizations produce. They include reports on Apple's patent disputes, benchmarks of software performance, reviews of software and news about upcoming products that have not officially been announced. OUCH! Should I get a refund on my Ipod now?

Bloodshed continues in Toronto

Dispute over a TTC ticket appears to have precipitated the city’s latest murder. A 17-year-old student of Downsview Secondary School was found stabbed to death at about 3:30pm Thursday outside a strip mall coffee shop at Wilson Ave. and Keele St. The youth, who’d reportedly been stabbed in the back more than once, was pronounced dead a short time later at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Investigators hope surveillance video from the strip mall, a well-known student hangout, will help lead them to the young man’s killers." Any life (lost) is tragic but when we start to get into young persons in their teens and early 20s, they have their whole life ahead of them and it's a tragic situation," said Toronto Police Insp. Tom McIlhone. At least one male suspect is being sought following the attack, which some believe began when the victim refused to hand over his bus ticket to a group of teens. He was reportedly then swarmed and stabbed before his attackers fled on a Wilson St. bus. It’s the city’s 17th murder of the year. No names have been released. Police interviewed people at the scene but believe some witnesses may have left following the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).

Road to Iran: Cutting Hands Off Aggressors

TEHRAN, Iran - President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad warned that Iran would "cut off the hand of any aggressor" and insisted Tuesday the country's military must be prepared amid escalating tensions with the international community over its disputed nuclear program. The defiant stance came hours before a meeting in Moscow of senior diplomats from the five permanent U.N. Security Council members and Germany to discuss the issue and less than two weeks before a council deadline for Iran to stop uranium enrichment.
Yeah, but this is what is known as unintended irony, you see Ahmadinejad IS an Islamofascist Hitler of today, and he already committed aggression by threatening to destroy Israel and USA - dealing with this lunatic will only buy him more time; I will say again - a nice tactical nuke up his arse, and a few more into his nuke reactors will end this clown show. BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE NOW!, because as we learned from WW2, if we wait anymore it's going to cost millions of life and incalculable amount of destruction to get him taken out later.
IRAN, HERE COMES THE WORLD!

Arrest Neil Young for treason

Rocker Neil Young has recorded a protest album featuring an anti-Iraq war track with 'a holy vow to never kill again' and a song titled 'Let's Impeach the President,' the singer said on April 17, 2006.
On the second thought, no one with real teeth or under the age of 45 even knows who that ugly old fart is, what a joke ... boycott this over-doped hippie.

Hamas takes responsibility for today's terrorist bombing in Israel

Another suicide bomb attack near a fast-food restaurant in Tel Aviv on Monday, April 17, 2006 - a Palestinian blew himself up in a bustling commercial area of the city during the Jewish holiday of Passover, killing at least nine people and wounding over 50.

Sami Abu Zuhri, a spokesman for the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said on Monday that the Tel Aviv attack was part of the Palestinians' right of self-defense. "Resisting Israeli aggression was rightful as long as it continues," Abu Zuhri said. "The occupation seized money of the Palestinian people and urged the world not to assist the Palestinians, so this attack took place before those who agree with this aggressive attitude," he said.
Coincidently, Monday is Palestinian "Prisoners' Day". Palestinian officials said there were more than 8,000 Palestinians imprisoned in Israeli jails, detention camps and prisons. The Islamic Jihad (Holy War) and the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, linked to the Fatah movement, claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing attack. A spokesman for Saraya al-Quds, the Islamic Jihad armed wing, told reporters on telephone that his group is responsible for the bombing attack in Tel Aviv. The spokesman said that the attack was "natural response to daily crimes carried out by the Zionists against our people."

Legitimate natural response, eh? Now imagine these Islamic savages with a nuclear weapon - IRAN MUST BE ATTACKED NOW!

Road to Iran: Iran's Islamic Lunatic Suicide Brigades Reporting for Duty

TEHRAN, Iran — Iran has formed battalions of suicide bombers to strike at British and American targets if the nation’s nuclear sites are attacked. According to Iranian officials, 40,000 trained suicide bombers are ready for action.
The main force, named the Special Unit of Martyr Seekers in the Revolutionary Guards, was first seen last month when members marched in a military parade, dressed in olive-green uniforms with explosive packs around their waists and detonators held high.
Dr. Hassan Abbasi, head of the Centre for Doctrinal Strategic Studies in the Revolutionary Guards, said in a speech that 29 Western targets had been identified: “We are ready to attack American and British sensitive points if they attack Iran’s nuclear facilities.” He added that some of them were “quite close” to the Iranian border in Iraq.
In a tape recording heard by The Sunday Times, Abbasi warned the would-be martyrs to “pay close attention to wily England” and vowed that “Britain’s demise is on our agenda.”
At a recruiting station in Tehran recently, volunteers for the force had to show their birth certificates, give proof of their address and tick a box stating whether they would prefer to attack American targets in Iraq or Israeli targets.

Real American casualty count in Iraq

As of Friday, April 13, 2006, at least 2,371 members of the U.S. military have died since the beginning of the Iraq war in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count. The figure includes seven military civilians.
BUT, only 1,861 died as a result of hostile action, according to the military's numbers.

However, liberal media counts accidents as KIA to inflate the numbers - typical liberal media lies - while completely ignoring a monumental success of Iraq campaign.

GOD BLESS AMERICA, GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS, GOD BLESS CAMP X-RAY, GOD BLESS OUR STEALTH BOMBERS THAT WILL STRIKE DOWN NUCLEAR IRAN, GOD BLESS DONALD RUMSFELD, AND GOD BLESS BRILLIANT AND COURAGEOUS COMMANDER G.W. BUSH WHO WILL LEAD US TO VICTORY AGAINST FUNDAMENTALIST ISLAM

Ahmadinejad threatens Israel ... again

TEHRAN, Iran - The president of Iran again lashed out at Israel on Friday and said it was "heading toward annihilation," just days after Tehran raised fears about its nuclear activities by saying it successfully enriched uranium for the first time. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called Israel a "permanent threat" to the Middle East that will "soon" be liberated. He also appeared to again question whether the Holocaust really happened.
Don't you just had enough of that guy.

Rogue Islamic Terrorist State of Iran VS. the World

TEHRAN, Iran - Iran rebuffed renewed international calls to halt uranium enrichment, casting a shadow over Thursday's visit by the head of the U.N. atomic watchdog. Speaking after a series of meetings with senior Iranian officials in Tehran, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Mohamed ElBaradei said he could not yet confirm if Iran had enriched uranium to 3.5 percent, as it had said. "I cannot confirm that. Our inspectors have taken samples. They will report to the (IAEA) board," he said.

Iran Could Produce Nuclear Bomb in 16 Days

April 12 (Bloomberg) -- Iran, defying United Nations Security Council demands to halt its nuclear program, may be capable of making a nuclear bomb within 16 days, a U.S. State Department official said. Iran will move to ``industrial scale'' uranium enrichment involving 54,000 centrifuges at its Natanz plant, the Associated Press quoted deputy nuclear chief Mohammad Saeedi as telling state-run television today.
``Using those 50,000 centrifuges they could produce enough highly enriched uranium for a nuclear weapon in 16 days,'' Stephen Rademaker, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation, told reporters today in Moscow. Rademaker was reacting to a statement by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who said yesterday the country had succeeded in enriching uranium on a small scale for the first time, using 164 centrifuges. That announcement defies demands by the UN Security Council that Iran shut down its nuclear program this month.
The U.S. fears Iran is pursuing a nuclear program to make weapons, while Iran says it is intent on purely civilian purposes, to provide energy. Saeedi said 54,000 centrifuges will be able to enrich uranium to provide fuel for a 1,000-megawat nuclear power plant similar to the one Russia is finishing in southern Iran, AP reported. ``It was a deeply disappointing announcement,'' Rademaker said of Ahmadinejad's statement. Rademaker said the technology to enrich uranium to a low level could also be used to make weapons-grade uranium, saying that it would take a little over 13 years to produce enough highly enriched uranium for a nuclear weapon with the 164 centrifuges currently in use. The process involves placing uranium hexafluoride gas in a series of rotating drums or cylinders known as centrifuges that run at high speeds to extract weapons grade uranium.
Iran has informed the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency that it plans to construct 3,000 centrifuges at Natanz next year, Rademaker said. ``We calculate that a 3,000-machine cascade could produce enough uranium to build a nuclear weapon within 271 days,'' he said. While the U.S. has concerns over Iran's nuclear program, Rademaker said ``there certainly has been no decision on the part of my government'' to use force if Iran refuses to obey the UN Security Council demand that it shuts down its nuclear program. Rademaker is in Moscow for a meeting of his counterparts from the Group of Eight wealthy industrialized countries. Russia chairs the G-8 this year. China is concerned about Iran's decision to accelerate uranium enrichment and wants the government in Tehran to heed international criticism of the move, Wang Guangya, China's ambassador to the United Nations said.

Islam VS. Playboy

In another day with self-proclaimed religion of peace - Indonesian Muslim militants stand near a banner that reads 'Stop for Playboy' during a protest in Jakarta April 12, 2006. Hundreds of Indonesian protesters vandalised a building housing the office of Playboy magazine on Wednesday in a protest against the publication of the magazine in the world's most populous Muslim nation.
WOW!

Prosecute Illegals as Felons - I LOVE IT!

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The two top Republicans in Congress, confronted with internal party divisions as well as large public demonstrations, said Tuesday they intend to pass immigration legislation that does not subject illegal immigrants to prosecution as felons.
A written statement by House Speaker Dennis Hastert of Illinois and Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist of Tennessee, did not say whether they would seek legislation subjecting illegal immigrants to misdemeanor prosecution or possibly a civil penalty such as a fine.

What's a hold up? Why aren't deportation camps running 24/7, where are border-wide minefields? Illegal immigration is a threat to America like Iran, or Al Queda - and it's time to act, and act decisively, despite what girly liberals and illegals themselves think - NO ONE CARES about that.

TIME TO ATTACK IRAN IS NOW

TEHRAN, Iran - Iran has successfully enriched uranium for the first time, a major development in its fuel cycle technology, news agencies quoted former President Hashemi Rafsanjani as saying Tuesday. Current President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad added that Iran "will soon join the club of countries with nuclear technology."

8 Dead in Canadian "Bandidos" motorcycle gangland execution

Five people are charged in a mass biker murder cops call an "internal cleansing." Cops surrounded the home of Wayne Kellestine, a known member of the Bandidos biker gang, and took him into custody late Sunday. He lives about 10 kilometres from the murder scene. Four others inside the house were also detained. All have been charged with eight counts of first-degree murder.
“We're trying to exactly determine where they were all killed. We may have several places, but we're working toward that, and we expect the examination of that scene will take potentially a couple of weeks.” The bodies were found in four vehicles in a farmer’s field on Saturday. Since then, a cloak of secrecy has descended on the case, with authorities declaring the area a no-fly zone.
“Mr. Kellestine has been involved in the outlaw motorcycle gang for a considerable period of time,” Bell reports. “He has been entrenched in the lifestyle for quite some time.”Cops insist their investigation is still at the early stage and admit more arrests could be coming. They were unable to say how the victims were lured to the area.

The Victims:
- Full Fledged Bandidos: George Jesso, 5; George Kriarakis, 28; Luis Manny Raposo, 41; Francesco Salerajno, 43; Paul Sinopoli, 30; John Muscedere, 48;
- Associate Member: Michael Trotta, 31
- Prospect Member: Jamie Flanz, 37

The Accused: Wayne Kellestine, 56; Eric Niessen, 45; Kerry Morris, 56; Frank Mather, 32; Brett Gardner, 21

Just when you thought motorcycle gangs were relegated to B-grade TV shows and gay bars, this hits you when it hurts - worst case of gang-related murder in Canada in 27 years (after Mafia ordeals of the 70s), the province-wide outreach and brutality of these gangs really dwarves any urban crime problems.

Road to Iran: The Nuclear Option

The Bush administration is planning to use nuclear weapons against Iran, to prevent it acquiring its own atomic warheads, claims an investigative writer with high-level Pentagon and intelligence contacts. President George W Bush is said to be so alarmed by the threat of Iran's hard-line leader, Mahmoud Ahmedinejad, that privately he refers to him as "the new Hitler", says Seymour Hersh, who broke the story of the Abu Ghraib Iraqi prisoner abuse scandal.

Mahmoud Ahmedinejad: 'The new Hitler'
Some US military chiefs have unsuccessfully urged the White House to drop the nuclear option from its war plans, Hersh writes in The New Yorker magazine. The conviction that Mr Ahmedinejad would attack Israel or US forces in the Middle East, if Iran obtains atomic weapons, is what drives American planning for the destruction of Teheran's nuclear programme. Hersh claims that one of the plans, presented to the White House by the Pentagon, entails the use of a bunker-buster tactical nuclear weapon, such as the B61-11, against underground nuclear sites. One alleged target is Iran's main centrifuge plant, at Natanz, 200 miles south of Teheran.
Although Iran claims that its nuclear programme is peaceful, US and European intelligence agencies are certain that Teheran is trying to develop atomic weapons. In contrast to the run-up to the Iraq invasion, there are no disagreements within Western intelligence about Iran's plans.

This newspaper disclosed recently that senior Pentagon strategists are updating plans to strike Iran's nuclear sites with long-distance B2 bombers and submarine-launched missiles. And last week, the Sunday Telegraph reported a secret meeting at the Ministry of Defence where military chiefs and officials from Downing Street and the Foreign Office discussed the consequences of an American-led attack on Iran, and Britain's role in any such action.
The military option is opposed by London and other European capitals. But there are growing fears in No 10 and the Foreign Office that the British-led push for a diplomatic solution to the Iranian nuclear stand-off, will be swept aside by hawks in Washington. Hersh says that within the Bush administration, there are concerns that even a pummelling by conventional strikes, may not sufficiently damage Iran's buried nuclear plants.

Iran has been developing a series of bunkers and facilities to provide hidden command centres for its leaders and to protect its nuclear infrastructure. The lack of reliable intelligence about these subterranean facilities, is fuelling pressure for tactical nuclear weapons to be included in the strike plans as the only guaranteed means to destroy all the sites simultaneously.
The attention given to the nuclear option has created serious misgivings among the joint chiefs of staff, and some officers have talked about resigning, Hersh has been told. The military chiefs sought to remove the nuclear option from the evolving war plans for Iran, without success, a former senior intelligence officer said. Te Pentagon consultant on the war on terror confirmed that some in the administration were looking seriously at this option, which he linked to a resurgence of interest in tactical nuclear weapons among defence department political appointees.
The election of Mr Ahmedinejad last year, has hardened attitudes within the Bush Administration. The Iranian president has said that Israel should be "wiped off the map". He has drafted in former fellow Revolutionary Guards commanders to run the nuclear programme, in further signs that he is preparing to back his threats with action. MrBush and others in the White House view him as a potential Adolf Hitler, a former senior intelligence official told Hersh. "That's the name they're using. They say, 'Will Iran get a strategic weapon and threaten another world war?' "
Despite America's public commitment to diplomacy, there is a growing belief in Washington that the only solution to the crisis is regime change. A senior Pentagon consultant said that Mr Bush believes that he must do "what no Democrat or Republican, if elected in the future, would have the courage to do," and "that saving Iran is going to be his legacy". Publicly, the US insists it remains committed to diplomacy to solve the crisis. But with Russia apparently intent on vetoing any threat of punitive action at the UN, the Bush administration is also planning for unilateral military action. Hersh repeated his claims that the US has intensified clandestine activities inside Iran, using special forces to identify targets and establish contact with anti-Teheran ethnic-minority groups. The senior defence officials said that Mr Bush is "determined to deny Iran the opportunity to begin a pilot programme, planned for this spring, to enrich uranium".

San Francisco is gayest AIDS city in the world

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - New statistics suggest San Francisco has the highest percentage of gay men among major cities in the world, with a quarter of them HIV-positive, a top city health official said on Friday."Despite an overall loss in the population in San Francisco in the last five years, we think there has been an absolute gain in gay men," William McFarland, head of HIV/AIDS statistics at San Francisco's Department of Public Health, said in an interview. "From all the data I have seen ... it's the gayest city in the world." McFarland has compiled the city's first survey in five years on gay men and HIV to be presented at a meeting next week to discuss HIV/AIDS prevention. He said it found an estimated 63,577 gay males aged 15 and above in San Francisco, a city with a total population of 764,000. That figure represents nearly one in five of the city's males above the age of 15. 0ne out of every four gay males -- 25.8 percent -- is infected with the HIV virus, giving San Francisco an estimated total of 16,401 HIV-positive men, said McFarland, an epidemiologist who has also worked on studies in Uganda, Zimbabwe and Egypt. The survey indicates that the overall percentage of those living with HIV has dropped since the last study five years ago. "The major changes since 2001 are that, first of all, the gay community has grown. It's largely been an influx of more HIV-negative gay men that are here," he said. "It used to be near 30 percent. "The absolute number of gay men living with HIV has crept up partly because of ongoing transmission and partly because of improved survival with treatment," he added. At 40 percent, Baltimore has the highest percentage of HIV-positive men among its population in a study of five cities, with San Francisco second, according to a 2005 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study. In coming up with his estimate of the number of gay men, McFarland said he took the middle point of nine previous studies. McFarland acknowledged that it was difficult to get a precise number because of sensitivities over the issue. But he said San Francisco residents were likely to be more open about their sexuality than people in many other areas.

Well - no surprise there, but I think I am staying away from the West Coast for now - Yeesh!, especially that city

Another Tragic Comedy or Comedic Tragedy in Iraq

BAGHDAD - Three suicide bombers dressed as women killed at least 70 people at a Shi'ite mosque on Friday, highlighting the inability of Iraqi leaders to tackle sectarian violence as they struggle to form a government. A police official said the bombers were dressed in traditional Shi'ite women's black robes when they struck, two inside the mosque and one just outside.
Oh the irony, I wonder what does their version of Koran tells about cross-dressing ... he he

Islamic Terrorist was tortured - AW!

GUANTANAMO BAY NAVAL BASE, Cuba - Binyam Muhammad, who has been accused of plotting al-Qaida attacks in the United States, was tortured with a scalpel after American authorities handed him over to Moroccan interrogators, according to an account provided by his lawyer. Muhammad made his first appearance in the U.S. military courtroom in Guantanamo Bay on Thursday, charged with conspiring with Osama bin Laden and other al-Qaida leaders to attack civilians and other crimes.

Poor Baby!, they tortured you, liberal women are in tears ... sarcasm off now, as I said before - to me these people are sub-human, I think we should just torture all convicted terrorists to death and show it live on Al Jazeera, but that's just me

McKinney wants to aplogize for a crime

WASHINGTON - Rep. Cynthia McKinney, D-Ga., expressed "sincere regret" Thursday for her altercation with a Capitol police officer, and offered an apology to the House. "There should not have been any physical contact in this incident," McKinney said in brief remarks on the House floor. "I am sorry that this misunderstanding happened at all and I regret its escalation and I apologize." McKinney's comments came after the case had been referred to a federal grand jury for possible prosecution. She had previously insisted she had done nothing wrong, and accused police of "racial profiling." She is African-American and the police officer is white.

Too bad, I guess this race card doesn't work anymore - you do the crime, you do the time, that simple.

Savage Muslims Back At it Again

CAIRO, Egypt - A video posted on the Internet Wednesday in the name of an extremist group claimed to show Iraqi insurgents dragging the burning body of a U.S. pilot on the ground after the crash of an Apache helicopter.
Parts of the video were blurry, and the face of the man being dragged was not shown. His clothes were so tattered it was impossible to tell if he was wearing an American military uniform.
The U.S. military condemned the posting and said that although reports of a Web site video "suggest that terrorists removed part of a body from the crash site, the authenticity of the video cannot be confirmed."
"We are outraged that anyone would create and publish such a despicable video for public exposure," U.S. military spokesman Lt. Col. Jonathan Withington said.

And you, liberals, you want to reason and negotiate with these people?!

Canadian soldier killed by friendly fire last week?!

Investigators are looking into whether friendly fire is to blame for the deaths of a Canadian and an American soldier in an Afghanistan firefight last week.Private Robert Costall, 22, and U.S. National Guard First-Class Sergeant John Stone, 52, died last Wednesday in a battle with Taliban insurgents in the Sangin district of Helmand province. Eight Afghan National Army soldiers also died in the attack, and three other Canadians were wounded. All three countries have now launched investigations into the violent battle, which began last Tuesday night and stretched well into Wednesday, when Taliban fighters attacked an Afghan army resupply convoy near a remote base in Helmand. About 30 Taliban rebels were killed. The idea that friendly fire may have been to blame for the deaths was raised after an early review of the battle, but senior commanders wouldn’t divulge any further details as to why they think it’s a possibility.

Great News in the War on Terror

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - A federal jury found al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui eligible Monday to be executed, linking him directly to the horrific Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and concluding that his lies to FBI agents led to at least one death on that day. A defiant Moussaoui said, "You'll never get my blood, God curse you all."

TIME TO LIBERATE IRAN IS NOW!

Today Iran successfully tested Russian-made Shqual underwater high-speed, radar-evading missile and I keep asking myself WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR?

A WELL-ORCHESTRATED STRIKE ON THEIR COMMAND&CONTROL, NUKE SITES, AND MILITARY INSTALLATIONS WILL IMMOBILIZE THEIR ABILITY FOR RETALIATION, THAT FOLLOWED BY A RAPID GROUND INVASION WILL TRIGGER UPRISING FROM WITHIN - AND IN WEEKS ISLAMIC FUNDIES WILL FALL IN IRAN

BUT TIME TO ATTACK IS NOW, REASONING WITH AHMADINEJAD IS LIKE REASONING WITH HITLER - JUST BUYING HIM MORE TIME!

Chopper down in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Iraq - An Apache helicopter that crashed southwest of Baghdad was believed to have been shot down and the two crew members were presumed dead, the U.S. military said Sunday. A U.S. statement said the helicopter crashed about 5:30 p.m. Saturday near Youssifiyah, some 10 miles southwest of Baghdad. "Two pilots are presumed dead, but recovery efforts continue following the crash," the statement said.
I said it before, and I'll say it again - this is war libtards, and you have to pick a side - you are either with us, or you are with the terrorists.
